Exchange and refund
Please note: All items for sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Made-to-order items are non-refundable unless they are defective or the incorrect item was delivered to you.
Defective or incorrect item
Contact shop@funkits4kids.com . If you received the wrong item or the item is defective, we will refund you the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please return the item by registered mail and enclose your receipt with the return. Returns may take 1-2 weeks to process once we receive them. Once your return is processed, we will send you a notification email. Check your spam folder to make sure the notification hasn't been marked as spam.
Cancel an order
If you would like to cancel or change an order you have just placed, please send an email to shop@funkits4kids.com as soon as possible . We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, items that have already been shipped cannot be canceled and must be returned or exchanged.
