Shipping
Made-to-order items are printed and shipped to your home from the nearest facilities (USA, Latvia, Spain, Japan, Australia). Costs vary depending on shipping location and the weight of the items in your order. We try to keep our shipping costs fair and reasonable.
We've added a shipping calculator to the cart to make it easier for you to see how much you're getting. Simply add the products of your choice to the shopping cart and you will see the shipping cost calculator below.
IMPORTANT: If the package arrives damaged or broken, please do not accept it and contact us immediately. We will send you a new package free of charge. If you accept a damaged package, we will not be liable for any damage caused to the items contained within.
Shipping methods
We ship with a regular postal service.
Registered mail – delivery usually takes 7 to 21 working days. You will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your package.

We will notify you by email as soon as your order is shipped. The email contains a tracking number and a tracking link.
When will I get it?
The shipping method of your choice + the time it takes us to pack and ship (up to a week, but usually within 1-2 business days).
We ship Monday to Friday.
Shipping to which countries?
We ship to most countries in the world. If your country is listed in the country drop down menu, we will ship there. If not, contact us and we will try to arrange shipping to you!
Multiple delivery addresses
You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are purchasing for people at different addresses, you must place each order separately.
I have lost my order number or tracking number. What to do?
Send us an email with your details and we will provide you with your order/tracking number.
Customs
All international orders may be subject to a customs fee from your local customs authorities. This fee is charged by your government, not us. We apologize for any inconvenience.
My order never arrived
Sometimes packages are held up by customs, returned to us due to an address error, and sometimes they are lost. If your order does not arrive within the expected time, please contact us and we will do our best to help you find it.
If your order does not arrive within 60 days and has not been returned to us, we will resend your order (subject to stock availability) or refund the products (less shipping costs).
My order has been returned to you
If your local post office returns your order to us, you will have to pay the shipping costs again. Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is as complete and correct as possible.
